"First off the I think that there rate are very high, and to be with them a year and raise your home insurance is not what I would expect when your roof is 3 years old and you have had no claim on your home, lifetime warranty on your roof and to raise my insurance 200 so you can lower another person 200 is not helping a customers, and as far as my google reviews go I base that on my customer service and how we are treated and you get 5 stars to go above and beyond for your customers, maybe you need to spend more time to see how you can lower rate on our home or vehicle instead if spending time reading my reviews. I have received 1 call from John Davis and the 2 have been Tex Messages , I believe if you need to make things right with customers you should reach out. Yes he was very nice that does not give you 5 stars. Would I do State farm again NO I would not."
